How can I be sure of the color and material before I purchase?
We will gladly send you swatches at no charge. Simply write to us and send your address, and a list of colors you'd like to see. Be sure to mention if you'd like cashmere, viscose, or both.
Who are the pictures of on your site? How can I get my picture submitted?
We love to put pictures of our wonderful customers on our site, simply email a picture of you or your group wearing our shawls, and we will feature you on one of our pages.
What quality are the pashmina?
Our viscose pashmina are 100% rayon. Our cashmere pashmina are 90% cashmere/10% silk. We feel both are a superior quality; we have them made for us and directly import them.
How many ply?
Our pashmina are 2 ply.
Are the pashmina washable?
Our viscose pashmina are hand washable, our cashmere pashmina are dry clean only.
My pashmina has creases, what can I do?
Pashmina come individually wrapped and folded. A cool iron can be used to get any wrinkles out.
Are the pashmina returnable?
Everything unused is returnable in its original packaging with prior authorization. Shipping is not refunded. If the order was placed with free shipping, the value of the shipping will be deducted from the refund as indicated on the shipping/policies page. If you are ordering with enough time, swatches can eliminate the need to return items.
Do you offer discounts?
Write to us and we will provide discount information for groups and bridal parties.
Are you available by phone?
Call anyime (954) 604-9161 to discuss any needs you may have. We will always answer the phone. We actually do sleep sometimes, but if we are awake we will answer. Don't be afraid to call even in the middle of the night. If we are assisting another customer, we will return your call within an hour.

We will answer your emails as soon as we get them throughout the day. You can EMail Us anytime, and you will always get an answer quickly.
