Individual orders are always shipped from the same dye lot. Orders may be shipped USPS or FedEx, regardless of selected choice, as one might result in a faster delivery time. Orders generally ship within 24 hours business days. Expedited orders are never a problem, simply call (954) 604-9161 and we will let you know availability. There is no tracking information with orders shipped via USPS mail. Shipping times do not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note Free Shipping with USPS may take up to 2 weeks. FedEx will arrive weekdays, if Saturday delivery is desired please call (954) 604-9161. Shipping may be subject to an additional day due to rural locations. Orders will be shipped to the address as indicated on the order form. Management is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information as provided by the customer. In cases where a wrong address is given, and the package is returned, customer will incur shipping charges for the reship. In cases where incorrect address results in non delivery, customer will be charged for the additional products at time of reship, and will be credited if the package is returned by the delivering agent.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Sales tax of 6% will be added on all purchases within the state of Florida only. Amazing Collections carries only top quality Pashmina. Our guarantee is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Email Us or call us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization. You must have a return authorization before you send anything back to us. We will not process products sent back to us that have not been authorized. A longer time period may be offered for returns with prior authorization at the time the order is placed. When we receive the returned goods, we will issue a credit minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the credit card on file.
Returns after the grace period of 15 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 3 months, even if prior authorization was issued at an earlier date.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, customer pays return postage.
We know that sometimes an exchange is desired for color. Shipping charges for exchanges for color will be charged to the customer, whether or not the initial order was shipped free. Goods must be in brand new salable condition in original packaging. Management reserves the right to reject returns if it appears that the items have been worn, or if they are not in original condition. In cases where goods are found to be in these conditions, a credit will not be issued, and the customer will be notified.
Any order refused by the customer upon delivery attempt by carrier will be subject to a 50% handling fee in addition to the value of the shipping charges.
